Singer-songwriter Jessie J has confirmed that she is now cancer-free following a prolonged and emotional battle with breast cancer.
The “Price Tag” hitmaker made the announcement on social media, posting a video that documented moments leading up to her latest medical checkup after undergoing a breast MRI.
“RESULTS ARE IN AND I AM CANCER FREE!! I sobbed for hours and then exhaled for the first time in a year,” she wrote in the caption, describing the emotional relief after receiving her results.
Jessie J has been open throughout her health journey, frequently sharing updates about the challenges, setbacks, and recovery process she experienced over the past year.
She first revealed in June 2025 that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer.
In the months that followed, she cancelled her US “No Secrets” tour dates and postponed scheduled shows in the United Kingdom and Europe as she underwent further treatment and a second surgery.
She later returned to the stage at BBC Radio 2 In the Park in Essex, marking her first live performance after surgery.
During the event, she told the audience how grateful she was to be back on stage after her health battle.
Before performing her track “Living My Best Life,” Jessie reflected on how the song took on deeper meaning following her diagnosis, saying she chose to continue moving forward despite medical challenges.
She also emphasized resilience and perspective, encouraging fans to appreciate life and the people around them.
Jessie J released her album “Don’t Tease Me With a Good Time” in November, marking her first album in eight years and her first independent release after parting ways with Republic Records.
