Ayala Malls recently introduced a reimagined Trinoma mall, featuring refreshed spaces designed for connection, discovery, and better everyday moments.

The redevelopment has transformed the mall with major upgrades that reflect how people go about their day, making every visit more familiar, more comfortable, and ultimately a rewarding experience. Overall, the major changes reflect the way people experience the space in and around the mall.

“Trinoma has always been a place where people come together, and these updates build on that, making it feel more welcoming, relevant, and part of everyday life in Quezon City,” said Paul Birkett, chief operating officer of Ayala Malls. “We’ve focused on making the mall easier and more enjoyable to navigate, where you can spend time making memories. And that is the brief we went for."

Across the mall, the atmosphere is more vibrant and relaxed, thanks to reimagined social areas, greener open spaces, and an expanded lineup of new dining and retail options, providing more opportunities for visitors to spend their spare time.

The popular garden areas and al fresco dining space were enhanced with added greenery, more open seating, and a play park for children.

Redesigned as a social hub, the Mindanao lobby now hosts H Proper Coffee Roasters, Little Flour, Pizza Sisters, and Burnt Bean. Soon to open in the same area are Key Coffee, Chili’s, and Cibo.

At the center of the mall, visitors may find an upgraded Activity Center with new interiors and a huge high-impact LED screen, making events such as concerts, exhibitions, and community gatherings more engaging and memorable.

For an elevated shopping experience, shoppers can go to IKEA’s first Plan and Order shop and Anko’s largest store in the country. The mall will later open new shopping options, including Love Bonito, Vivaia, JD Sports, Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, and Wilson.

Later this year, the mall will add The Exchange at Trinoma, with more retail and dining options, including the Grand Stage’s ABC-Mart.

The new wing will also serve as a convenient connection point for commuters, transforming the mall into a transport-oriented destination. The expansion is linked to Trinoma’s direct integration with the Unified Grand Central Station, making it the only mall in Quezon City with direct access to the MRT-3, MRT-7, and LRT-1 lines, as well as UV Express, bus terminals, and point-to-point services.

Trinoma Mall's reinvention is part of Phase 1 of the P17.5 billion redevelopment plan by Ayala Land, which includes flagship malls Glorietta, Greenbelt, and Ayala Center Cebu.

From 2024 to 2028, the reinvention program aims to improve the public spaces, physical facilities, and merchant mix across the malls. More than just increasing foot traffic and tenant sales, the objective is to develop venues that provide an enjoyable retail experience for both customers and tenants.

Phase 2 includes Ayala Malls Abreeza, Ayala Malls Cloverleaf, Ayala Malls Fairview Terraces, and MarǪuee Mall.
