In fulfillment of its commitment to deliver a fully integrated township, Aseana Residential Holdings Corporation (ARHC) formally inaugurated MidPark Towers, a four-tower residential development located in Aseana City. Held on May 12, the ceremony and formal turnover brought Aseana's vision of a modern city into reality—where comfort, accessibility, and community are thoughtfully brought together.
Spanning 7,155 sqm of land area, the flagship residential development offers modern and dynamic spaces that support both business and lifestyle needs within the Bay Area.
“Today, we celebrate the inauguration of Midpark Towers, an important milestone not just for Aseana City but also for the community. We are proud to say that Midpark Towers has finally been completed, representing years of hard work, planning, and a shared vision. We always envisioned Aseana City to be a thriving township development, a community where everyone can live, work, and grow. Over the years, we have seen the vision steadily taking shape from our offices, from our first residential project, Pixel Residences, our flagship retail project, Parqal, to our biggest residential development, Midpark Towers,” said Delfin Angelo “Buds” Wenceslao, president and CEO of D.M. Wenceslao and Associates, Inc. (DMWAI).

Launched in 2019, MidPark Towers, Howell, Pine, Mercer, and Malden, stands as a defining addition to Aseana City’s urban landscape, contributing to its development as a connected and forward-looking district where residential living is seamlessly integrated with business and lifestyle spaces. “This is our largest project to date, with 669 units, the largest residential project for the DMWAI here in Aseana City. And this is just one of the elements of this entire city, where the offices, public transport, and the Parqal mall form one holistic development. I think that's what resonates with the type of buyers we want,” added Wenceslao.
In a media interview, Wenceslao reported that 70 percent of the MidPark units are already sold to end-users, primarily young families, along with professionals and investors, seeking accessibility, long-term value, and a well-integrated community environment.
For everyday convenience and accessibility
The towers were designed to promote modern city living, complemented by amenities that enhance comfort, safety, and convenience.

Depending on the tower, the floors host between 13 and 19 units, providing low-density living. These are fitted with studio rooms (40 sqm), single bedrooms (52 sqm), two-bedroom units (80 sqm), and three-bedroom units (120 sqm). Fully furnished studio rooms and single bedrooms are also available for investment ventures.

Residents can also enjoy lifestyle amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness gym, private and business lounges, function rooms, and a kids’ play area. Additional facilities include lanai spaces and a viewing deck that support everyday comfort within a well-rounded residential environment.

The towers have separate main lobbies, 24-hour security with CCTV, high-speed elevators, and 100 percent standby backup power. There are two fire exits per residential floor, a fully automated fire protection system, water reservoirs with fire reserves, an intercom per unit, and dedicated property management services.
Located in a well-connected district in Metro Manila, the development provides residents with convenient access to major business centers, transport routes, and everyday lifestyle destinations. The towers can be reached from the nearest airport in 20 minutes, the LRT Redemptorist-Aseana station in 14 minutes, and the PITX in 10 minutes. The minibus loop carries passengers around Aseana City.

Residents can also look forward to the construction of the La Salle Benilde campus and St. Luke’s medical facilities in four to five years.
ARHC is the developer behind high-rise residential projects, such as Pixel Residences and MidPark Towers, under the umbrella of DMWAI, the master developer of the 107-hectare Aseana City.
