GOSSIP GIRL: Getting to know MGI All Stars PH representative Alexia Nuñez

If aliens landed last Monday at Viva Cafe, they would have stayed not to conquer but simply to gawk in awe.
All because the Noble Queens of the Universe were there serving intergalactic-level beauty.
I was there and I found myself surrounded by enough crowns, lashes, sequins, and contouring magic to power the entire grid of Metro Manila.
And right in the middle of all the sparkle stood Filipino-Brazilian Noble queen of the Universe 2025 Alexia Núñez.
The gathering was organized specifically for her. She will represent the Philippines at the prestigious Miss Grand International All Stars competition, the Olympics of beauty queens.
Note that to be able to join, you cannot simply wake up, glue on rhinestones, and say, “Game na!” You need to have a legitimate pageant title to qualify - it's like an exclusive village for gods and goddess.
As emcee of the evening, I had front-row seats to the love, laughter, tears, and enough highlighter glow to blind a TikTok ring light.
The Noble Queen of the Universe franchise, from 2019 to 2025, has evolved into more than just a beauty pageant. It has become a sisterhood of empowered women carrying advocacies bigger than our crowns.
Our queens actually walk the talk. Some champion women empowerment, others focus on charity work, mental health, indigenous communities, and humanitarian causes. Beauty with purpose. Beauty with WiFi connection to the soul. And Alexia? This girl is the whole package delivered via express shipping. Brazilian by birth and Filipina by heart, Alexia has quietly become one of the most admired queens in the international pageant circuit.

She’s a wellness advocate, entrepreneur, actress, humanitarian, and a proud supporter of indigenous communities in the Philippines. She reportedly speaks multiple languages fluently, which already makes me insecure because I still occasionally confuse “affect” and “effect.” She has also appeared in several TV shows like “FPJ's Batang Quiapo” and the Netflix film “Kontrabida Academy.”
Beauty queen by day, actress by night, humanitarian all the time. Alexia is like a Marvel multiverse of achievements.
During the event, Noble Queen founder and chairman Eren Noche proudly shared,“As chairman and founder of the Noble Queen of the Universe worldwide franchise, we are deeply honored to have our queen sister Alexia chosen to represent the Philippines in the Miss Grand International All Stars worldwide competition.
As i previously mentioned, you can only join this prestigious global contest if you already have a title, and since she is the reigning Noble Queen of the Universe 2025, she was chosen as one of the five beauty queens to represent MGI All Stars.
The other fierce Filipinas competing include Gazini Ganados, Fuschia Anne Ravena, Keylyn Trajano, and Imelda Schweighart.
Imagine being there. The combined cheekbones alone could cut diamonds.

One of the sweetest moments of the evening came from Noble Queen of the Universe 2025 Patricia Javier, who, in tears, lovingly told Alexia: “We gave you this send-off party and press conference because our queen sisters and I are so proud of you. But we all want you to be like bamboo. A bamboo grows tall but still knows how to bend to the ground. Stay true to your roots and remember why you joined this contest in the first place.”
Then came Alexia’s heartfelt response, and suddenly the entire room transformed from pageant glam to soft K-drama emotions: “I am deeply grateful to my queen sisters for giving me this press conference and send-off party. I will always be proud to be a Noble Queen because they gave me not only a title, but a deeper sense of purpose. My mission has always been to widen my reach in helping the indigenous peoples of the Philippines through education, sustainability, and livelihood opportunities. Joining Miss Grand International All Stars gives me a larger platform to amplify these causes and inspire more people around the world to help our indigenous communities.”
And there it was. The real crown jewel of the evening. Not the gowns. Not the Swarovski crystals. Not even the perfectly laminated hairlines. It was purpose.
As the cameras flashed and the queens embraced Alexia before her international journey, I realized something: pageants today are no longer just about beauty queens waving like malfunctioning electric fans on stage. They are about influence, responsibility, compassion. They use glamour as a megaphone for causes that matter.
So fly high, Alexia Núñez. Bring home the crown. And if possible, bring home skincare secrets too because honestly… your pores have better discipline than most governments.
