President Marcos greeted his son, William Vincent, on his 29th birthday and encouraged him to continue exploring and seeking new adventures.
Marcos took to social media on Sunday, May 17, to greet his son, who is also known as Vinny.
Sharing a collage of photos, the President praised Vincent for remaining grounded, kind, and full of life.
He also expressed admiration for Vincent’s love for adventure, while jokingly reminding him "not to disappear on us for too long."
"Minsan nasa bundok, minsan nasa dagat, minsan kung saan na naman napadpad (Sometimes in the mountains, sometimes by the sea, sometimes off to wherever he ends up next). But no matter how far your adventures take you, you’ve always stayed grounded, kind, and full of life, and you leave a little happiness with the people you meet along the way," Marcos said.
"Your mum and I are very proud of the man you’ve become. Keep exploring, keep chasing new adventures, and try not to disappear on us for too long. Love you, Son," the President added.
In a separate post, First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos also posted a greeting for Vincent, saying she will always be proud of the man he has become.
"Forever proud of the kind, loving, and sweet man you’ve become. Watching you grow has been one of the greatest joys of my life," the First Lady said as she also posted a collage of her son's photos.
"Always know that no matter how tall and independent you get . . . you’ll always be my baby boy. Love you to the moon and back. Happy birthday, anak," the First Lady added.
