Kathryn Bernardo has finally addressed a direct question about her love life and for the first time, drawing attention from fans and netizens.

In a viral TikTok video from a recent fan interaction, Kathryn Bernardo was seen warmly greeting supporters at an event when she was suddenly asked, “Kumusta love life mo?”

The actress appeared surprised and briefly responded with “Ano?” before the fan repeated the question.

This time, however, Kathryn chose to answer. With a smile, she simply said, “Okay naman.”

Her short but direct response quickly spread online, sparking fresh discussion about her relationship status and fueling ongoing speculation.

The buzz comes amid persistent rumors linking her to Lucena City Mayor Mark Alcala, a topic that has circulated on social media since 2025.

The two have been seen together on multiple occasions, including mall visits and public outings.

The speculation intensified after photos allegedly showing the pair holding hands in Bangkok, Thailand surfaced online, further fueling public curiosity.

Despite the growing chatter, neither Kathryn Bernardo nor Mark Alcala has issued any official statement confirming or denying the status of their relationship.
