De Leon is new Pangasinan top cop

LINGAYEN, Pangasinan – Police Col. Dennis de Leon was appointed as Pangasinan Police Provincial Office (PPO) chief.
De Leon assumed the position during a ceremony on Saturday in this city.
The ceremony was led by Police Regional Office-1 chief Police Brig. Gen. Jovencio S. Badua Jr.
De Leon vowed to strengthen peace and order operations, improve police visibility, and enhance community engagement efforts.
Gov. Ramon V. Guico III, represented by Manuel O. Luis Jr., provincial administrator, expressed support and confidence on De Leon.
Guico reaffirmed the provincial government’s commitment to maintaining strong collaboration with the police in ensuring public safety and security.
