The Jollibee Group has received the 3G Excellence in Sustainability Reporting Award 2026, marking the second consecutive year that the company has been recognized for its sustainability reporting efforts.
Presented by Cambridge International Finance Advisory (Cambridge IFA), the 3G Awards recognize organizations, institutions, and leaders that make governance, sustainability, and social responsibility a strategic priority.
The latest recognition affirms the Jollibee Group’s continued commitment to transparent, credible, and standards-aligned reporting in tracking its sustainability progress under Joy for Tomorrow, the company’s global sustainability agenda.
Launched in 2022, Joy for Tomorrow is anchored on three pillars: Food, People, and Planet. These pillars guide the Group’s efforts across areas such as food quality and safety, nutrition and transparency, responsible sourcing, customer welfare and satisfaction, employee welfare, farmers’ livelihood and communities, good governance, packaging & recycling, emissions and water management, and waste reduction.
The latest citation reinforces that the Group’s sustainability efforts are advancing across these pillars and are being recognized as credible, measurable, and aligned with global standards. It also builds on the Jollibee Group’s earlier 3G recognitions, including the 3G Excellence in Sustainability Reporting Award 2025 and the 3G Championship Award for Community Development and Philanthropy 2024.
Pepot Miñana, Global Chief Sustainability and Public Affairs Officer, said: “We are honored to receive the 3G Excellence in Sustainability Reporting Award 2026 for the second consecutive year, alongside the 3G Championship Award for Service Excellence 2026. These recognitions reflect our teams’ dedication across markets in advancing our Joy for Tomorrow agenda and elevating customer experience, as we remain steadfast in our commitment to keep moving forward with purpose.”
This year, the Group also received the 3G Championship Award for Service Excellence for demonstrating exceptional service, dedication to continuously exceeding customer expectations, delivering industry-leading service standards, and being creative.
As the Jollibee Group continues to strengthen how it reports, measures, sets standards, provides services, and drives sustainable progress, the latest 3G recognitions serve as encouragement to keep raising the bar in customer services, transparency, accountability, and impact.
The latest recognition affirm the Jollibee Group’s continued commitment to transparent, credible, and standards-aligned reporting in tracking its sustainability progress under Joy for Tomorrow, the company’s global sustainability agenda.
