Driver killed, 3 hurt as truck rams building in Quezon

TAGKAWAYAN, Quezon – A driver was killed and three were injured after a refrigerated truck crashed into a building under construction on Thursday in Barangay San Francisco, this town.
Police identified the victim as Alan, a resident of Balatan, Camarines Sur.
Investigation said the truck loaded with 15 tons of assorted grocery products was headed to Manila when Alan suddenly lost control of the vehicle which rammed a school fence and continued moving straight into the building.
Injured were Doods, 54, truck helper; and laborers June, 22, and Nilo, 51. They sustained minor injuries.
Police are conducting follow-up investigation.
