In a major win, the Nautilus at CaSoBe (Calatagan South Beach) recently scored four top honors: Five Stars in Architecture for Multiple Residences, Five Stars in Leisure Architecture, Five Stars in Sustainable Residential Development, and Five Stars in Leisure Development at the 2026–2027 Asia-Pacific Property Awards held in Bangkok.
The awards were presented at a gala night at the Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen's Park, attended by the region's foremost names in architecture, interior design, and real estate.
Capping the winning streak, the beachfront condotel also bagged two nominations, Architecture for Multiple Residences and Leisure Architecture, as the sole Philippine property advancing to the International Property Awards. These nominations emerged from more than 800 submissions vetted by a panel of over 100 global industry experts in London, where the International Property Awards ceremony will take place later this year.
"When the world takes notice of The Nautilus, it validates something we have long stood by—that when you build with genuine care for design, for people, and for the environment, the results speak for themselves," said Landco Pacific’s President and CEO Erickson Y. Manzano. "Four Asia-Pacific Property Awards and two international nominations are humbling. But what matters most to us is that The Nautilus delivers a real 'life on vacation,' not just for today's investors and residents, but for the generations who will call CaSoBe home long after us."
"Sustainability is not a box we check. It is embedded in how we design, build, and operate, not because we have to, but because it's the right thing to do," Manzano added. "The Nautilus is proof that architectural excellence and environmental responsibility are not competing priorities. They are different ambitions to be balanced but principles that can, and must, reinforce each other."

Inspired by Jules Verne's Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea, the 10-story Nautilus condotel is one of the most recognizable structures in CaSoBe, Landco Pacific's 15-hectare flagship resort estate in Batangas. The property is powered entirely by 100 percent renewable energy and is just 2 to 3 hours from Metro Manila.
Designed by Pomeroy Studio (Singapore) and Visionarch (Philippines), The Nautilus offers sustainable coastal living, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, 2.8-meter ceiling heights, and ocean-view balconies across 171 residential units and five commercial spaces. From studios to three-bedroom suites, every unit has a panoramic view of the Calatagan shoreline.
The Nautilus also holds the distinction of being the Philippines' first residential and commercial beach condominium to receive preliminary EDGE Advanced Certification, an internationally recognized certification for energy efficiency and sustainable design. Solar canopies, EV charging stations, and water-efficient systems complement its amenities, including infinity pools and spa sanctuaries.
At the 2024–2025 International Property Awards in London's Savoy Hotel, the Spinnaker at Club Laiya also made history as the first Philippine property to win the Best International Sustainable Residential Development award.
CaSoBe and Club Laiya belong to the property portfolio of Landco Lifestyle Ventures, the hospitality and leisure platform of Landco Pacific Corporation, under Metro Pacific Investments Corporation.
