The Quezon City government announced that its QC eServices platform will be temporarily unavailable on Tuesday, May 12, from 6 p.m. to 12 midnight for the rollout of Smart Connect, a UI/UX upgrade aimed at improving access and user experience across its online services.
City officials said the scheduled maintenance is part of the local government’s efforts to strengthen its digital infrastructure.
During the six-hour maintenance period, all QC eServices platforms will be inaccessible while system enhancements are being implemented.
The city government said an advisory will be issued once the system is fully restored and operational.
Residents who may need assistance during the downtime may contact QC Helpline 122.
