Maje kicks off the season of heat with a sunset soirée
By John Legaspi
When Maje first came to the Philippines in June 2025, it introduced Filipinos to a different kind of “Parisian chic,” one rooted in a polished, feminine, youthful, and slightly bohemian style. It continues to evolve that signature aesthetic with the unveiling of its spring-summer 2026 collection.

To mark its release, the brand invited Manila’s stylish set to a summer soirée held on May 6 at the Pool House of Grand Hyatt Manila in Taguig City. On display were the collection’s key pieces, where airy romanticism meets nautical inspiration.
To give guests a better glimpse of how the resort pieces move, Maje tapped a select group of women to don the collection’s pieces. These included Stephanie Zubiri, Vanessa Matsunaga, Janeena Chan, Vanna Garcia, and Sam Pinto, among others. Society personalities also graced the event to preview and toast the arrival of the collection.
Rounding out the soirée experience were an illustration booth by Micole Tam and cool cocktails expertly crafted by the hotel’s hospitality crew. As the event unfolded, the gathering reflected the spirit of Maje’s latest collection—effortless, refined, and distinctly modern. Through breezy silhouettes, romantic details, and a relaxed coastal sensibility, the collection captures the understated elegance that continues to define the brand’s take on Parisian style.
