The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) has emerged as the top-performing police district under the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) for April 2026.
The district, led by Brig. Gen. Randy Glenn Silvio, secured a 99.72-percent Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER), the highest among the five NCR police districts.
Officials said the recognition underscores QCPD's sustained commitment to public safety, efficient police service delivery, and stronger community engagement.
They credited the achievement to the consistent implementation of Police Community Relations (PCR) programs led by station Community Affairs personnel under the supervision of Col. Allan Docyogen.
These initiatives strengthened partnerships with local communities, enhanced crime prevention efforts, and improved police visibility in barangays across the city.
Silvio said the recognition reflected the dedication and professionalism of QCPD personnel.
He also thanked Joy Belmonte, partner agencies, and Quezon City residents for their continued support in sustaining the district’s operational gains and upholding high standards in law enforcement.
