After the announcement of the winner of Miss Universe Philippines 2026, the remaining finalists were awarded their national titles at the coronation ball held at City of Dreams Manila on May 10.
The crowns were presented by The Miss Philippines, a sister brand of the national pageant under Empire PH.
First to be announced was The Miss Supranational Philippines titleholder, with reigning queen Katrina Llegado crowning Allyson Hetland.
Next was the Miss Cosmo Philippines title, where Miss Cosmo runner-up Chelsea Fernandez and reigning Miss Cosmo Yolina Lindquist crowned Ysabella Ysmael.
Reigning Miss Eco International Alexie Brooks joined Gabriella Carballo in crowning Jenrose Javier as Miss Eco International Philippines.
Meanwhile, current Miss Charm Anna Blanco and Cyrille Payumo crowned Apriel Smith as Miss Charm Philippines.
Marking a new era in pageantry, no runners-up were announced during the coronation ball. Instead, additional crowns were awarded to the remaining finalists.
Nicole Borromeo was named Miss Worldwide Philippines, while Marian Arellano earned the Miss Tourism Worldwide Philippines crown.
Two surprise titles were also awarded to Miss Universe Philippines 2026 semifinalists. Catherine Wardle received the Miss Teen Universe Philippines title, while Trexy Paris Roxas was named Miss Eco Teen International Philippines.
The newly crowned queens are now gearing up to compete for their respective international titles.
Allyson Hetland is set to compete in Miss Supranational next year, as reigning queen Katrina Llegado will still represent the Philippines in Poland this July for the 2026 edition of the pageant.
Jenrose Javier will also wait a year before competing internationally, as Gabriella Carballo is set to compete in Egypt for Miss Eco International 2026 and hopes to secure a second consecutive win for the Philippines.
Meanwhile, Ysabella Ysmael and Apriel Smith will attempt to become the first Filipina winners of Miss Cosmo and Miss Charm, respectively.
Nicole Borromeo will compete in Miss Worldwide, while Marian Arellano will represent the country in Miss Tourism World.
Meanwhile, Catherine Wardle is set to compete in Miss Teen Universe, while Trexy Paris Roxas will participate in Miss Eco Teen International.
