Residents and clients planning to process documents and access government services at Parañaque City Express, a one-stop shop in Ayala Malls Manila Bay, are advised to adjust their schedules, as it will temporarily suspend operations on May 11 and 12 due to office relocation.
Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) head Atty. Melanie Soriano-Malaya said the temporary suspension is necessary to facilitate the transfer of the Parañaque City Express office to the fifth floor of the same mall to provide a more accessible and convenient service area for the public.
Malaya said that during the two-day suspension, all transactions and frontline services, including the processing of permits, clearances, payments, and other government-related concerns, will not be available.
The office also announced that all appointments previously secured for May 11 and 12 will be automatically cancelled.
Affected clients are encouraged to re-book their appointments on their preferred dates once services resume.
To avoid inconvenience, residents were advised to maximize available online services and monitor official city government announcements for updates regarding the reopening and transfer of operations.
Regular office operations at the new location are set to resume on May 13.
