IMPRESSIVE! CORTIS' 'GreenGreen' surpasses 2 million sales in just four days
K-pop boy group Cortis has achieved a major commercial milestone as its second mini-album “GreenGreen” surpassed 2 million copies sold just four days after its release.
Released on May 4 under BIGHIT MUSIC, the album arrived eight months after the group’s debut mini-album “Color Outside the Lines.”
According to data from Korea’s Hanteo Chart, “GreenGreen” recorded 1,196,961 copies sold on its first day alone. Sales continued to climb over the following days, reaching a total of 2,027,032 copies by May 7.
The performance marks a significant leap compared to the group’s debut release. “Color Outside the Lines” sold 247,295 copies on its first day last September and went on to record 436,367 copies in its first week. Its cumulative sales reached 1,036,210 copies in 2025.
Cortis made its debut in August last year with the single “What You Want.” The group is composed of Martin (18), James (20), Juhoon (18), Seonghyeon (17), and Keonho (17).
Beyond physical sales, the group is also gaining traction on streaming platforms. As of May 8, Cortis has 9.57 million monthly listeners on Spotify, while the album’s title track “RedRed” has amassed 32.89 million streams.
“RedRed” also entered Spotify’s Daily Viral Songs Global chart at No. 8 on May 6. According to Spotify, the Viral Chart reflects tracks gaining momentum based on rising streams, shares, and discovery rate among listeners.
