Some shoes do not need reintroduction, and one of them is the Belle Vivier by the luxury Parisian maison Roger Vivier.

First created in 1965, the shoe has always stood out for its structured silhouette and signature buckle. We’ve spotted many stylish ladies wearing this striking style. Over the years, it has found its way into the wardrobes of women who appreciate pieces that are both distinct and timeless.
For spring–summer 2026, the Belle Vivier returns with a softer, more modern vibe. The collection expands beyond the classic pump, exploring modern interpretations that feel lighter and more wearable.
Patent leather wedge sandals come in brighter tones, offering a more relaxed take on the icon while keeping its signature style. The Belle Vivier clutch is a key piece for the season—reimagined in understated creams and lilacs, as well as woven leather variations that add texture and depth. Even the slingback is revisited through subtle color-blocking, giving it a refreshed look while staying true to its core aesthetics.

Under the creative direction of Gherardo Felloni, the collection reflects the fun and feminine personality of the luxury house. There is a noticeable shift toward ease: Pieces are still polished, but no longer rigid, designed to move with the wearer rather than contain her. It is elegance that feels lived-in, influenced by everyday moments rather than formal occasions.
This same mood carries into the spring–summer 2026 campaign, where the collection is brought to life through a series of intimate, almost spontaneous scenes. Set within the maison’s salons and gardens in Paris, French actress Marie Colomb is joined by Iman Perez and Yasmine Fraioli, creating a natural dynamic.

The interaction between the three ladies is all about playful femininity. With images that are captured in soft daylight, the campaign lets movement take the lead, highlighting the collection’s sense of ease.
After six decades, the Belle Vivier remains relevant not because it has stayed the same, but because it continues to evolve with the women who wear it. It is not just a piece of fashion history, but one that continues to adapt with the rhythm of modern life.
