Happening on May 16 to 17, 2026, the May-December Affair: A Community Love Affair to Remember transforms the village’s Covered Court and Outdoor Plaza into a lively hub from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
More than just a neighborhood bazaar, the event is envisioned as a thoughtfully curated space that champions slow, intentional shopping. Expect a seamless blend of food, fashion, and wellness, all designed to create a more meaningful weekend experience. Zone 2, the Retail Marketplace, highlights fashion, beauty, wellness, and homegrown artisan brands. According to organizer Chrissy Roa, the lineup includes a vintage store, adding a layer of nostalgia to the otherwise contemporary mix.
For those seeking a pause, Zone 3, Wellness and Indulgence, offers a space to recharge with services such as massage chairs and color analysis sessions. Meanwhile, Zone 4, the Social Lounge, encourages guests to linger a little longer. Whether you are a resident looking to reconnect with neighbors or a visitor hoping to meet new people, the space is designed to spark conversations and build community ties.
Beyond shopping: workshops and experiences
The May-December Affair goes beyond retail with a lineup of workshops and talks aimed at enriching the visitor experience. From wellness sessions to art activities, the programming is curated to give guests the chance to learn something new while spending their weekend at the bazaar.

Entertainment takes on a more participatory approach at this event. Alongside live acoustic sets, jazz performances, and DJ mixes, some merchants are set to step into the spotlight and showcase their own talents.
