Stella McCartney x H&M launches with a star-studded affair
By John Legaspi
It was in 2001 when Stella McCartney first entered the scene. Despite carrying a family name that resonates worldwide, she made it her mission to be known for her own work. Over the years, she has disrupted the fashion industry—not only through her clean, sharp, and practical designs, but also through her belief that high-end fashion can be environmentally responsible.

Now celebrating 25 years in fashion, Stella joins forces once again with global fashion brand H&M for a collection that showcases her pioneering and rule-breaking vision. On April 30, at the Ayala Museum, the collaboration made its grand unveiling through a preview event attended by Manila’s style stars, along with an international guest.
Leading the local roster were Catriona Gray, Chie Filomeno, and Michelle Dee. Also clad in pieces from the collection were couple Jessica Yang and Mikyle Quizon, Nicole Cordoves, Rhian Ramos, Chelsea Manalo, and Katarina Rodriguez. The evening’s special guest was Thai actor, singer-songwriter, and model Mew Suppasit, who received an enthusiastic welcome from Filipino fans as he walked the red carpet.
An exclusive preview of the collection was held alongside a private shopping experience for guests, offering an intimate first look at the designs. The celebration unfolded as a thoughtfully curated event, infused with distinctly Stella elements—championing sustainability, creativity, and self-expression at every touchpoint.
The Stella McCartney x H&M collection will be available starting May 7 at the brand’s Greenbelt flagship store and on its digital platform. Scan the QR code to get a glimpse of the star-studded event.
