Authorities said the suspect, known only as alias “JC,” remains at large after joining two drunken companions in threatening neighbors and damaging property following a road rage incident.
Maj. Demosthenes G. Desiderio Jr., officer‑in‑charge of the Norzagaray police, said JC’s companions identified as alias “Bri,” 31, of Barangay Bigte, and alias “Bert,” of Barangay Minuyan, were taken into custody after residents sought police assistance.
Investigators said the disturbance began when two motorcycle riders sideswiped an SUV in Barangay Minuyan.
The victim, alias “Eco,” 22, was followed home by the riders, leading to a heated confrontation that was briefly pacified.
Minutes later, the suspects allegedly returned with “JC,” who was armed.
Witnesses reported the group shouting threats, damaging the victim’s car and house, and pointing a firearm at another resident.
Neighbors said their own homes were ransacked before the suspects fled upon realizing they were being recorded on video.
Police filed criminal complaints for trespass to dwelling, grave threats, and malicious mischief against the arrested suspects before the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office in Malolos.
Verification showed that “JC” owns a registered ARMSCOR caliber .45 pistol but lacks a valid License to Own and Possess Firearms (LTOPF).
Police Col. Jay B. Baybayan, Bulacan police officer‑in‑charge, stressed that authorities will not tolerate intimidation and violence.
“Our intensified operations will continue to ensure that all law violators are held accountable. The Bulacan police remain committed to safeguarding the peace and security of every citizen,” Baybayan said.
As of press time, police operations to capture “JC” are ongoing, with authorities warning that his reckless handling of a firearm poses a serious threat to public safety across Bulacan.
