Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) General Manager Melquiades Robles led the turnover of 1,000 ChariTimba, along with 50 wheelchairs, walkers, and nebulizers, and 100 safety preparedness kits for the First District of Capiz.
The assistance was personally received by Capiz First District Rep. Ivan Howard Guintu during a turnover ceremony held at the PCSO Main Office in Mandaluyong City on April 23, 2026.
“Malaking tulong po ito sa aming mga kababayan sa First District of Capiz. Taos-puso kaming nagpapasalamat sa PCSO sa patuloy na malasakit at suporta sa aming komunidad (This is a big help to our constituents in the First District of Capiz. We are wholeheartedly grateful to the PCSO for their continued concern and support for our community),” said Guintu.
The turnover was initiated under the PCSO’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program, which aims to provide immediate assistance and support to communities across the country.
