P129K shabu seized, suspect arrested in Las Piñas buy-bust

Authorities arrested a drug suspect and seized P129,200 worth of suspected shabu during a buy-bust operation in Las Piñas City on Friday night, May 1.
Col. Wilson Delos Santos, Las Piñas City Police chief, said the suspect, identified as Khalidin, 25, was apprehended at around 8:09 p.m. in Barangay Talon Uno.
Operatives from the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) carried out the entrapment operation that led to the suspect’s arrest.
Police recovered 19 grams of suspected shabu worth P129,200 and the buy-bust money.
The suspect is currently detained at the police custodial facility and is facing charges for violation of Section 5 (Sale) and Section 11 (Possession), Article II of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
