Easycall Communications Philippines, Inc. will hold its Annual Stockholders’ Meeting (ASM) on May 26, 2026 (Tuesday) at 10:00 a.m. via a hybrid set-up, allowing participation in person or through videoconferencing.
The Directors and Officers may attend in person at the TDG In.Hub Building, AFPRSBS Industrial Park, Western Bicutan, Taguig City, while stockholders of record may participate remotely and vote in absentia or by proxy.
Stockholders intending to join remotely must notify the Company by May 21, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
