Bea Millan-Windorski is Miss Universe Philippines 2026
All hail the new Filipina queen!
After months of rigorous training and activities, Filipino-American Bea Millan-Windorski of La Union was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2026.
A crowd favorite from the onset, Millan-Windorski wowed judges with her answer during the final question-and-answer round.
Her answer:
“The Philippines is both something and a place that I’ve been in love with my whole life,” she said. “Growing up in a predominantly non-diverse part of the United States, I was identified as Filipina first and foremost. I often had to point out where the Philippines was on a map to my peers, yet I always felt a deep sense of belonging and home.”
Three candidates received special awards that night: Avegail Kultsar of Las Piñas (Miss Congeniality), Kristen Marcelo of Pateros (Miss Photogenic), and Justin Beatrice Felizarta of Manila (Best in Swimsuit).
The seven finalists included Jenrose Javier of Sultan Kudarat, who was also named Pina Beauty winner, along with Apriel Smith of Cebu City, Marian Arellano of Tarlac, Ysabella R. Ysmael of Taguig, Nicole Borromeo of Cebu Province, and Allyson Arceo Hetland of Pampanga.
Millan-Windorski, who once represented the US at Miss Earth 2024, will represent the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2026 pageant, scheduled to be held in Puerto Rico later this year.
Following the coronation of Miss Universe Philippines 2026, additional titles—including Miss Philippines-Supranational, Miss Philippines-Eco International, Miss Philippines-Cosmo, and Miss Philippines-Charm—are expected to be announced soon.
