- For the second time, Matet de Leon publicly addresses speculation surrounding Nora Aunor's estate, stressing there is no inheritance dispute and vowing to continue defending her siblings.
Matet de Leon is at it again.
The actress has consistently spoken out against speculation linking her and her siblings to an alleged inheritance dispute, and in her latest social media posts, she once again made her position on the matter clear.
Matet, known for being among the most outspoken of Nora’s children when it comes to family-related issues, directly responded to netizens who continued to fuel rumors about the late actress’ properties and supposed inheritance.
On Facebook, Matet reposted a photo of herself with siblings Lotlot, Kiko, and Kenneth, along with a caption challenging those claiming that they were after Nora’s estate.
“Post ko lang uli. Pag nakapagbigay ng impormasyon kung sino ang nagsabing naghahabol kami may prize. Comment down below!!!” she wrote.
Though the post seemed playful, Matet turned firm when addressing comments suggesting that only biological heirs should be entitled to any inheritance.
In one of her strongest responses yet, the actress dismissed the speculation with a blunt statement that has since drawn attention online.
“Walang mana. Bastusan meron,” she wrote.
The remark appeared to underscore her frustration over what she sees as disrespectful assumptions being made about their family.
Matet also did not hold back when replying to a commenter who implied that Nora’s adopted children should simply be grateful and leave any inheritance concerns to biological family members.
“Mukha ba kaming may pake jan sa picture na nakikita mo? Di mo ba gets?” she shot back.
Despite the criticism, Matet made it clear that she has no plans of staying silent.
Responding to a supporter who commended her for standing up for her siblings, the actress declared: “Hindi po ako titigil. Para sa aming apat.”
Obviously, she is determined to set the record straight and defend her family against what she considers baseless and hurtful speculation no matter what others might say about it.
