Jabra takes on a more consumer approach for its business-centric Evolve3 headsets
Country Head of Enterprise, Jabra PH, Larsen Sandoval, talks about the Jabra Evolve3 series and the PanaCast Room Kit.
Jabra is steadily building a series of solutions to revamp the workplace. This includes the PanaCast, a lineup to improve experiences for videoconferences; and the Evolve3, a headset that is designed for work but absolutely slays in style.
Right now there are two models for the Evolve 3, the 85, which is an over-ear, and the 75, which is on-ear. These headsets are designed to improve audio communications, have ANC while also being smart enough to reduce background noise while speaking with someone. It should be pointed out that this is a business-centric device, and the typical ones you might imagine are the headsets with the thin bands and a long microphone boom arm. The Evolve3 does away with the boom arms, and instead uses Jabra’s own ClearVoice tech to ensure audio clarity. Without that boom arm, it would be easy to mistake the Evolve3 as a consumer product.
Jabra has also been championing the PanaCast series these past couple of years. We’ve seen previous versions in the past, which have delivered impressive features. One of these features that has taken root, is the camera seeing a whiteboard on the side of the wall. It is angled in a way that makes it very hard for anyone to go over it, especially while on a remote video call. What the PanaCast does is fix that angle, presenting that whiteboard flat as if it were facing you directly. It saves space and camera management. Other features include the portability, such as easy access to ports without taking the PanaCast off the box, allowing you to be adaptable, especially when looking for a room, of any size, to conduct a video meeting.
Now Jabra expands on that with that PanaCast Room Kit, a complete all-in-one package for flexibility and portability. This includes a PanaCast 55 video car, which has 180-degree panoramic video. In short, it can capture everyone in the room. It also comes with a feature that focuses on the speaker, allowing smoother transition.
If needed, the kit itself can be expanded with Huddly Crew cameras, cameras with AI to track speakers.
The Jabra Evolve3 is available now in resellers. The 75 is priced at P32,229 and the 85 priced at P40,725.
The PanaCast Room Kit will be available soon.
