XngHan&Xoul release 'Glow' mini-album, marks bold new era
XngHan&Xoul, the artist brand launched by Korean solo singer Xnghan (formerly Seunghan), is out with his first mini-album titled “Glow.”
The project marks a new chapter for Xnghan, a former member of K-pop boy group RIIZE, as he continues to expand his solo artistic identity under the XngHan&Xoul brand.
“I’m really happy to share a wide range of music under the XngHan&Xoul brand,” Xnghan said in a statement.
He added, “The album is filled with sounds I love—it’s music you can dance to, but it’s not just about the dance. It also has a calm, more serene side. I believe good things are always better when shared, so I can’t wait for fans to enjoy it too.”
The mini-album’s title track, “Glow,” is an energetic house-pop song driven by urgent synth hooks and a powerful bassline, showcasing a more dynamic and experimental direction for the project.
Further expanding the collaborative nature of XngHan&Xoul, Xnghan also worked with two new dancers for this release, highlighting performance as a central element of the brand’s evolving creative concept.
The five-track mini-album draws from a range of electronic dance influences—including house, disco, and Afropop—showcasing the different facets of XngHan’s vibrant artistic identity, paired with sincere, life-affirming lyrics.
Ahead of the release, XngHan&Xoul held a fan meeting titled “2026 XngHan&Xoul Fanmeeting [Let’s Glow]” on April 26 in Seoul.
“Glow” arrives approximately nine months after his debut single “Waste No Time,” which topped the iTunes Top Songs chart in 12 regions worldwide.
The project opens with “Dancing Anyway,” which begins with a soft piano melody and airy synth textures before unfolding into a pulsating electro-disco production anchored by XngHan’s smooth vocal delivery.
“Light The Fire” follows, featuring lyrics centered on breaking free from expectations and pursuing one’s passion without hesitation, set against futuristic disco production and a rubbery bassline.
The Afro-pop-inspired track “Wishlist” introduces a breezy, romantic atmosphere, while “Lovin’ On Me” closes the album on a reflective note of self-love, driven by an infectious, rhythmic chorus.
