Robinsons Land expands in Davao with Cybergate Victoria
New office project reflects rising demand and long-term confidence in Mindanao
Davao continues to strengthen its position as one of Mindanao’s key business centers, driven by growth in construction, logistics, and service industries. As demand for office space rises, Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) expands its footprint in the region with the launch of Cybergate Victoria, its newest office development.
To mark this expansion, Robinsons Offices broke ground on the project in a ceremony led by key RLC executives, including Chairman Emeritus James Go, President and CEO Mybelle V. Aragon-GoBio, and Senior Vice President and Business Unit General Manager Jericho Go.

Jericho highlights the site’s history to give context to the project, noting that it was once home to Victoria Plaza, widely known as Davao City’s first shopping mall. “The project, which marks Robinsons Offices’ third and newest development in the city, occupies a site with deep local significance. Robinsons Offices is in the business of keeping families together by bringing businesses and economic development to Davao so family members would no longer need to leave home in search of opportunity.”

Building on this, the 11-storey development will deliver over 25,000 square meters of gross leasable space, with large, column-free floor plates designed for flexible, future-ready offices. It incorporates EV-charging provisions, ample parking, and sustainability features, with LEED certification underway. Design elements also draw from local references, including patterns inspired by Mount Apo and traditional Mindanaoan attire, aligning with RLC’s direction toward premium, accessible, and demand-driven developments.
Beyond its physical features, Cybergate Victoria positions itself as a highly connected business address. It offers access to public transportation and sits near key establishments such as retail centers, schools, hospitals, and government offices. Located within Robinsons Land’s upcoming destination estate, it is also planned alongside future residential, hospitality, and commercial components, reinforcing its long-term value.
GoBio says that introducing premium, professionally managed office spaces in growth centers like Davao can elevate business standards, generate jobs, and expand opportunities across the region. “Through Cybergate Victoria, Robinsons Land Corporation continues to express its confidence in the long-term promise of Mindanao.”
As Davao continues to grow, developments like Cybergate Victoria support job creation, strengthen local economies, and expand business districts beyond Metro Manila. For Robinsons Land Corporation, it reflects a continued focus on building spaces that respond to demand and support local communities.
