DigiPlus Interactive Corp. has announced that its Annual Meeting of Stockholders (ASM) will take place on Friday, May 29, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducted in a hybrid format, combining an in-person session for members of the Board of Directors with remote participation options for stockholders.
The in-person meeting of the Board of Directors will be held at the Grand Hyatt Manila, located at the corner of 8th Avenue and 35th Street in Taguig City. Meanwhile, stockholders who are unable to attend in person may join the proceedings virtually through a livestream via Zoom teleconference.
