Wanted SSS law violators surrender to Parañaque police

Two individuals on Makati's most wanted list stunned authorities Friday morning, April 24, when they casually strolled into the Parañaque City Police headquarters and surrendered.

Glendon, 46, and Rhitchel, 26 -- tagged as No. 9 and No. 10 on station-level list for violations of the Social Security System law -- turned themselves at around 9:20 a.m. in Barangay San Dionisio.

Police operatives from the Warrant and Subpoena Section (WSS) carried out verification and confirmed the standing warrants for their arrest.

The warrants, covering two counts of violation of the SSS law, were issued by Judge Ma. Victoria Q. Padilla of the Makati City Regional Trial Court, Branch 62. Bail was set at P144,000 for each count.

The suspects are now under police custody at the Parañaque City Police detention facility while awaiting further legal proceedings.
