A man was injured after being shot by a 19-year-old suspect during a heated argument in Rodriguez, Rizal, on Wednesday night, April 22.
According to the Rodriguez Municipal Police Station (MPS), the incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. in Kasiglahan Village, Barangay San Jose, while the suspect, identified only as “Mark,” and his companions were loitering outside the area.
The victim, identified as “Kevin,” confronted the group for an undisclosed reason and made remarks that sparked an argument.
A witness tried to pacify the situation, but tension escalated when Kevin said, “Hindi man lang ako tatayuan ng balahibo sa mga yan (I won’t get goosebumps from them),”
