New and upcoming restaurants at SM North EDSA and SM Southmall spotlight heritage dishes, hotpot, and specialty coffee

SM Supermalls is spotlighting a new lineup of dining concepts across its Metro Manila locations, featuring a mix of Filipino heritage cuisine, international formats, and specialty beverages as part of its latest campaign highlighting standout offerings.
Among those featured is Azela by Balay Dako, set to open at The Block, Level 2 of SM North EDSA. The restaurant brings a menu rooted in Filipino heritage cooking, with dishes such as kare-kare and kansi anchoring its offerings.

Also opening soon is Jiang Nan Hotpot at the Upper Ground Level of SM Southmall, introducing an unlimited hotpot concept centered on premium meats, seafood, and a range of customizable dipping sauces.

For beverages, Candid Coffee at the City Center, Upper Ground Level of SM North EDSA is set to offer a lineup of specialty drinks, including its toasted horchata, which combines bold coffee notes with a more accessible, everyday profile.
