Manila launches citywide 'Libreng Tuli' with free medicines
The Manila local government is conducting a citywide “Libreng Tuli” program across all six districts, offering free circumcision services along with medical consultations, medicines, and post-operative care instructions.
The medical outreach is being held in various health centers, hospitals, schools, churches, and public facilities across the city, with scheduled dates from April to June 2026.
Among the designated venues are Parola Health Center, Posadas Health Center, Antonio Luna Elementary School, Ospital ng Tondo, Justice Jose Abad Santos General Hospital, Dapitan Sports Complex, Ospital ng Sampaloc, President Corazon C. Aquino General Hospital, Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center, Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Our Lady of Fatima Church, and Sta. Ana Hospital, among others.
Each district has its own assigned schedule, with services provided in coordination with city health offices and partner hospitals to ensure safe and proper medical procedures.
