Sister remembers K-pop idol Moonbin on third death anniversary
Moon Sua, the sister of the late K-pop idol Moonbin of boy band ASTRO, commemorated his third death anniversary on April 19, dropping a cover of Christopher's "Moments."
“It's been a while, Oppa. You're curious what song I brought this time, aren't you? I thought about it for a while, and I wanted to choose a song that holds some of your memories as well. You used to like this song, Oppa,” Moon Sua wrote on social media, addressing Moonbin.
She added, “And when I looked at the lyrics, I thought they were so good. It's exactly what I wanted to say, I guess. I hope my sincerity gets through to you. The weather has gotten really warm. I'm working hard preparing for my comeback; it's my first full-length album! It feels like you'll give me a lot of feedback. I'll keep in mind you're watching, so I'll do my best. When we meet, please praise me, okay? I miss you so much and I love you.”
Moonbin, 25, was found dead by his manager on April 19, 2023 at his home in Gangnam, Seoul.
His death came less than a month after he and fellow ASTRO member Sanha held their “Diffusion” Fan Con Tour in Manila.
