TACLOBAN CITY – A retiring police officer was electrocuted to death after touching a live wire in Purok 3, Barangay Libertad, Ormoc City, Saturday, April 18.
Police identified the victim as Leo, 55, assigned to the Ormoc City Police Station 3.
