MREIT and E27 partners for McKinley Hill's Digital Park

This partnership will launch the Digital Park, the soon-to-be-launched mega startup hub

For the launch of the country’s first Digital Park, MREIT, Inc., the real estate investment trust arm of Megaworld Corporation, has entered into a strategic partnership with E27, a global media and technology platform.
Set to rise within the company’s 50-hectare McKinley Hill township in Taguig City, the Digital Park in McKinley Hill marks the beginning of a broader innovation rollout across Megaworld townships nationwide.

“MREIT’s infrastructure transforms our regional playbook from event-driven engagement to a permanent, embedded presence. By anchoring within township communities, we are creating continuous founder support—through weekly mentorship, investor access, and skills development—rather than quarterly engagements,” said Mohan Belani, CEO and co-founder of E27.
Under the partnership, MREIT and E27 will collaborate to develop a pilot innovation hub within the upcoming Digital Park that will serve as a next-generation launchpad for startup firms, innovators, founders, investors, and ecosystem partners.
Slated to open in 2026, the Digital Park will be the country’s largest dedicated startup hub, offering close to 2,000 square meters of flexible working space. Facilities and amenities will include meeting rooms, conference facilities, dedicated function rooms, and multi-sized work areas, providing startups and emerging businesses with a robust support system and a modern workplace ecosystem strengthened by E27’s expertise.
The flagship startup space will also serve as an accessible community and ideas hub for McKinley Hill’s broader population, including office tenants, students from nearby schools, and local residents. Startups across Asia looking for a location in the Philippines are also being eyed for the new facility.
The E27–MREIT partnership will be implemented in three phases to establish a sustainable, long-term startup ecosystem at the Digital Park. The initiative will begin with identifying and mapping key partners, followed by securing formal collaborations with investors, accelerators, corporates, and ecosystem enablers. It will then move into continuous programming such as startup-investor sessions, founder networking activities, and flagship events to drive sustained engagement and community growth.
Following the pilot site, MREIT plans to expand the innovation hub to other key developments, including Eastwood City, Southwoods City, Capital Town, and Iloilo Business Park.
Founded in 2007, E27 is a leading media and technology platform dedicated to building and growing the startup ecosystem across Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, the company connects entrepreneurs, investors, and corporate stakeholders with the “information that matters” to drive high-impact collaboration.
