Independence Day mountain rave festival set in Tacloban

TACLOBAN CITY – A 12-hour mountain rave festival will be held on Independence Day at La Villa Francisco Resort here.
The 12.0 Freedom Fest will feature leading women disc jockeys and artists from Eastern Visayas, Cebu, Manila, and other regions.
The event will blend mountain tranquility with high-quality festival production, offering an immersive, multi-zone experience that will align with the city’s June fiesta celebration.
Jimmy Clemente, owner of LVFR and organizer, said they have designed a multi-sensory experience combining vibrant neon visuals, interactive lifestyle booths, pop-up markets showcasing local products, and striking special effects to enhance the mountain rave experience.
Planned as Eastern Visayas' largest yearly mountain rave, the festival aims to turn the resort into a top music festival destination.
Participants can enjoy the resort's amenities, including the pool, water slides, and sprawling grounds, along with interactive zones like The Glam Hub and a curated food village.
