The Manila Hotel rolls out a lineup of seasonal dining experiences this April, bringing together a mix of buffet-style offerings, light summer desserts, and interactive drinks across its dining outlets.
Among the highlights is the return of the Dim Sum All-You-Can at Red Jade, available on weekdays from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Priced at P1,588 nett per person, the offering includes unlimited servings of staples such as siomai, hakaw, vegetable spring rolls, and taro puffs, alongside a selection of rice, noodles, and main dishes including Szechuan-style chicken, crispy pork ribs, and sweet and sour fish.
The promotion also extends to small celebrations, with birthday guests dining free when accompanied by four paying diners.
At the Lobby Lounge and Pool Bar, the menu shifts to lighter fare, with a range of ice cream-based desserts designed for the warmer months. Options include banana crepes with chocolate, mixed berry yogurt sundaes, and tropical-inspired combinations.

For more substantial bites, the hotel introduces The Ultimate Pork Burger, a single-item offering built around a pork patty and layered flavors, priced at P700 nett.
Afternoons are anchored by the hotel’s signature afternoon tea set, which combines savory and sweet selections. The spread includes finger sandwiches, spring rolls, pastries, and scones, alongside Filipino classics such as bibingka and puto bumbong. Priced at P1,688 nett and designed for sharing, the set is served with coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, accompanied by live piano music.
Guests looking for a more hands-on experience can opt for the craft-your-own gin and tonic option at the Tap Room and Lobby Lounge, where selections can be customized with botanicals, citrus, and fresh garnishes.
A rotating wine feature is also available across outlets, highlighting varietals such as Queen Adelaide Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.
At the Delicatessen, the hotel introduces the Tropical Harmony Cake, a dessert built around light, fruit-forward flavors, alongside freshly baked sourdough available for takeaway.
For off-site dining, M Takeout offers a selection of meals ranging from rice bowls to group sets, including Chinese and Filipino dishes, as well as Halal options. A dim sum hot box is also available for those looking to recreate the Red Jade experience at home.
