2NE1's Park Bom praises Sandara Park after linking her to drugs
More than a month after attacking and linking singer-actress Sandara Park to drugs, 2NE1 member Park Bom suddenly changed her tune, showering her praises.
On April 17, Park Bom uploaded and deleted a letter on Instagram.
"To the people of Korea. The weather has really improved now, but there is something I really need to tell you. I am writing this thinking that this is truly the last time I will tell you,” she wrote.
Last March 3, Park Bom posted and deleted a letter on Instagram, claiming that Sandara was embroiled in a drug case and that she was made to look like a drug addict to cover it up.
“Sandara Park was caught in a drug case and, to cover it up, made Park Bom into a drug addict,” Park Bom claimed then.
Sandara refuted her claims, posting on Instagram Stories, “I have never used drugs. I wish her well.”
In the new letter, Park Bom said, "I am Park Bom, in charge of singing. I am a singing prodigy, and I was very popular for my singing even when I was a student studying abroad.”
About Sandara, Park Bom wrote, "She is a princess from the Philippines, and I have been a fan of hers since the beginning. She is in charge of harmony and refreshing vocals within the team. She always greets people with a smiling face. When she sings with me, the main vocalist, there is a synergy effect, and her voice is so beautiful."
Park Bom asked people to forget about what she wrote about Sandara last month.
"Thank you for raising us, who came together with such difficulty. I hope my feelings for the group 2NE1 are conveyed. Actually, I am writing this because I wish you would pretend that drug story never happened. Because it is a miracle that these four of us met, and because there is a huge age gap and it is an unbelievable situation, I am writing this letter," she said.
"You all raised us with such care, and I was so grateful. And I love you,” she added.
