Robinsons Malls expands EV charging and active mobility nationwide
New infrastructure and partnerships make low-carbon travel more accessible in key locations

As fuel costs rise and concerns around energy security grow, Robinsons Land Corporation is focusing on practical and sustainable solutions. Robinsons Malls is expanding greener and more accessible mobility options that respond to current fuel challenges while supporting the shift to low-carbon transport.
Under its Commercial Centers Division, the company is positioning its malls as low-carbon transport hubs that enable cleaner and more efficient travel. These developments integrate green building practices, renewable energy, and resource-efficient systems, creating spaces that are easier to navigate and built for long-term sustainability.

Robinsons Malls continues to expand its green mobility infrastructure across its network, supporting more practical and cost-efficient transport options. Its EV charging network features universal charging pods compatible with various models, alongside dedicated eBike charging facilities. Through partnerships with Meralco, Shell Recharge, ACMobility, and Tesla, the company is increasing access to charging stations across more locations.

The network has grown from 14 to 42 charging points over the past two years, with more sites planned in both urban and regional areas. Active locations include Opus, Robinsons Galleria, Robinsons Manila, Robinsons Magnolia, Robinsons Tagaytay, Robinsons Iloilo, Robinsons Pagadian, Robinsons Dumaguete, Robinsons Roxas, and Robinsons Ilocos Norte. Additional sites are set to open at Robinsons La Union, Robinsons Tuguegarao, Robinsons Santiago, Robinsons Antique, Robinsons Iligan, Robinsons Valencia, and Robinsons Butuan.

At the same time, Robinsons Malls is strengthening its support for active mobility. Eight of its malls were recognized at the Mobility Awards 2025 as Bicycle Friendly Establishments, with Robinsons Tacloban, Robinsons Galleria, and Robinsons Imus earning Silver ratings, and Robinsons Metro East, Robinsons Butuan, Robinsons Galleria South, Robinsons Novaliches, and Robinsons Palawan receiving Bronze. Beyond these recognitions, its long-standing partnership with the National Bicycle Organization continues, with malls serving as venues for push bike racing events that give young riders and their families a safe, accessible space to build confidence and embrace more active ways of moving.
These efforts improve access to cleaner and more reliable transport, helping address current fuel challenges while supporting the shift to more sustainable mobility.
