Bacolod continues to grow, with momentum shifting toward the North District, where Phinma Properties is advancing Saludad, its 21-hectare township and first of its kind outside Metro Manila. Marking a new phase, the project recently reached a joint venture milestone and broke ground on Tryp by Wyndham Bacolod.
Anchoring this phase, Saludad is set to welcome Tryp by Wyndham Bacolod following the joint venture between Phinma Hospitality, Inc. and Jepp Property Corporation, introducing an internationally recognized brand that strengthens the township’s role as a hub for business and leisure.

This milestone builds on Saludad's vision as Phinma Properties' first township, master-planned by Royal Pineda+ Architecture·Design, where residential, commercial, hospitality, educational, and open spaces come together in one integrated environment.
Raphael Felix, president and CEO of Phinma Properties, noted the significance of the occasion, “Today marks a meaningful step forward, not only for Saludad, but for Bacolod’s next chapter of growth. We are here for the long term, and we are committed to shaping a township that reflects the city’s urbanizing character, grows with its momentum, and creates lasting value for generations.”
Set within the North District's growing corridor along the Bacolod–Silay Airport Access Road, improved access, infrastructure investments, and outward urban expansion are reshaping the city's development. Its progress is supported by Phinma Corporation, whose presence across education, hospitality, construction, and property management provides a strong foundation for sustained growth and long-term value.
With a global hospitality brand in place and development underway, Saludad is moving from vision to reality in Bacolod's North District.
