'Safer Cities' drive logs 3,643 Camanava violators

The Northern Police District (NPD) recorded 3,643 ordinance violators across Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, and Valenzuela during a four-day intensified implementation of the Safer Cities Program from April 7 to 11.
NPD conducted operations to enforce local ordinances under the Safer Cities Program.
Police data showed 1,086 violators from April 7 to 8 and 763 from April 8 to 9.
It further recorded 895 violators from April 9 to 10 and 899 from April 10 to 11.
Authorities said the sustained operations underscored intensified police visibility and compliance monitoring to maintain public order in the four cities.
NPD said the campaign remains preventive and disciplinary, aimed at strengthening civic discipline and ensuring safer communities across Metro Manila.
