Her sister, Miel Pangilinan, chimed in with:

So, who is the rumored guy?
According to netizens, the man is one Dan Laurel, reportedly from the well-known Laurel family.
The two were also reportedly seen together in a Valentine’s Day post earlier this year.
A friend even tagged a private Instagram account believed to be his, prompting Frankie to reply: “CONGRATULATIONS!”
As of writing, Frankie has not confirmed the identity or status of the man in the photos.
