Lebanese, Filipino wife shot dead in Zamboanga City

ZAMBOANGA CITY – A Lebanese and his Filipino wife were shot dead inside their printing shop and internet cafe here on Friday morning, April 10.
The victims were identified as Fahed Hamdan and his wife, Anora.
Investigation showed that the victims were inside their business establishment when a man on a motorcycle entered and shot them. Anora died on the spot.
Fahed grappled with the assailant to get the firearm. The suspect dropped the gun and escaped and Fahed was taken to a hospital where he was declared dead.
The scene of the crime yielded a helmet, handgun with ammunition, and a slipper, pieces of evidence that could point to the perpetrator.
Police are conducting follow-up investigation.
