Trial ito, this month Metro Manila, susunod to sa Cebu, Baguio, Bacolod, lahat po ng mga lugar na iyan. We will make the Philippines safer. Makakaasa po kayo na ang krimen bababa (Initially, it will start here in Metro Manila. But eventually, it will move to all major urban centers throughout the Philippines. This is a trial -- this month in Metro Manila, next in Cebu, Baguio, Bacolod, and other places. We will make the Philippines safer. You can expect crime to go down),” he said.
