Curve Entertainment and Flamingo Music join forces to expand the reach of independent Filipino artists
Independent Filipino music takes a significant step forward as Curve Entertainment and Flamingo Music officially enter a partnership aimed at strengthening the distribution and visibility of original music by emerging and established independent artists.
The collaboration brings together Curve Entertainment’s growing presence in artist development and promotions with Flamingo Music’s diverse roster of musicians, creating a strong platform for artists to reach wider audiences across digital platforms and live performance spaces.
For Curve’s CEO Narciso Chan Jr., the partnership reflects a shared commitment to helping authentic voices find their audience.
“We believe the future of the music industry belongs to artists with real stories and distinct identities. There is so much exceptional talent out there, and this partnership allows us to help bring that music to more listeners.”
Meanwhile, Flamingo Music’s CEO, Apple Hermino, emphasized the importance of creating wider opportunities while preserving each artist’s individuality.
“Flamingo Music has always focused on nurturing artists with unique voices and honest stories. Through this collaboration with Curve Entertainment, we are opening more doors for artists while making sure they remain true to who they are creatively.”
Among the artists under the partnership is singer-songwriter Jeno Perey, whose sound blends alternative rock and acoustic contemporary pop, shaped by personal reflection and quiet resilience.
Also part of the roster is Aneka Abarrientos, whose debut EP The Blue Room captures themes of youth, solitude, and emotional growth through intimate songwriting and heartfelt melodies.
Emerging artist El Rona introduces a warm and healing sound through her debut single Kape Muna, while all-female indie rock band Centerfold continues to stand out for its empowering sound and dynamic stage energy.
Also gaining momentum is Let Gravity, whose latest release, Kwento ng Buhay (Bangon), is currently topping local charts.
The lineup also includes female-fronted alternative act Walking with Genesis, musical collective Six Parallel, and notable artists such as Pinoy reggae pioneer Reggae Mistress, alternative band Armchairs, and drummer Bennii.
With more releases and collaborations expected in the coming months, both companies - which share the same artist-first mindset and vision for independent music - see the partnership as part of a larger commitment to strengthening the future of independent Filipino music.
