Work is no longer limited to traditional setups. With shifting needs, Ayala Land Offices (ALO) is upgrading its flexible office offering, turning Clock In into Click Space, a workspace solution designed for businesses that need greater flexibility and scalability.
Click Space moves beyond standard coworking by offering ready-to-use spaces, custom-built offices, and full operational support for growing teams. Backed by Ayala Land’s established office portfolio, it maintains consistent quality while responding to hybrid work, new technologies, and changing business needs.
Hamm Katipunan, president and CEO of Ayala Land Offices, said the shift reflects a broader direction for the company. “Click Space is not just a new name; it is a renewed promise. This evolution reflects our vision to go beyond providing space. We are building ecosystems that help businesses scale, stay resilient, and thrive in a world that is changing faster than ever.”
With AI, emerging technologies, and hybrid work reshaping how teams operate, companies are looking for more than just office space. They need flexible environments that support growth, collaboration, and efficiency. In response, the project offers customizable workplaces with added services, allowing businesses to scale within a reliable system. The company is also focusing on attracting larger tenants in sectors such as technology, creative industries, and professional services to support steady demand and long-term relevance.
As work shifts beyond the traditional office, ALO is rolling out a flagship Click Space at One Ayala with an updated design, expanded services, and a new Deuces café on site. More locations are planned across key business districts in the next one to two years. Despite these changes, the focus remains on delivering quality workspaces, building community, and maintaining reliable service for a more flexible way of working.
