Santos Bravos, a Latin pop boy group under Hybe, is set to make its first appearance on Korean music shows since its debut.
According to Hybe Latin America, the group will arrive in Korea on Friday and stay for about three weeks to carry out various promotional activities, including performances on local music programs.
“Promoting in Korea, the birthplace of K-pop, is a meaningful challenge for us,” Santos Bravos said. “We want to present great performances with respect while proudly showcasing our Latin roots.”
The quintet debuted in Mexico in October last year after undergoing K-pop-style training as part of Hybe’s “multihome, multigenre” strategy led by chairman Bang Si-hyuk, the producer behind BTS. Santos Bravos is known for blending the free-spirited energy of Latin music with the polished production style of K-pop.
The group has already built a presence on major global stages. In January, it performed at Paris Fashion Week for designer Willy Chavarria’s fall-winter 2026 show “Eterno.” In February, it appeared as a guest at Mexican concerts by Latin pop icon Shakira, followed by performances at major festivals including Colombia’s Estereo Picnic in March.
Santos Bravos recently released its first EP “Dual.” The album showcases the group’s dual identity, combining playful charm with intense, instinctive energy. It spans a range of genres, including reggaeton, Brazilian funk and club music, highlighting the group’s broad musical spectrum.
