In a passionate social media post, she went head-on against circulating rumors that her son was involved in a secret affair with another man, calling the claims outright lies.

Visibly hurt but resolute, Maria Ellica made it clear that her silence was never a sign of weakness — and that those behind the smear campaign will be held legally accountable. She shared her full statement below:

"Defamation is waving.

"As a mother, it breaks my heart to see my son being targeted by false accusations and a completely fabricated narrative. No parent should have to watch their child's name be dragged through lies. But let me be clear, my silence should never be mistaken for weakness.

"Let this be clear: every false statement, every post, every share is being documented. Those responsible will be held accountable. You may continue spreading lies, but you will answer for them.

"What you are doing is not harmless gossip; it is defamation. These stories are false, malicious, and clearly intended to damage his name and reputation. As a mother, I will not allow lies to define my child. I know the truth, and I stand by him completely.

"Anonymous today, accountable tomorrow. Your anonymity does not make you untouchable."
