Whoever netizen "Mark Evardone" is, or the actual person controlling his Facebook account, Bicol Saro Party-list Rep. Terry Ridon has identified him to be a bonafide troll army member.
So what does Ridon do? He calls the person out for not doing his job properly.
In a recent Facebook post, Ridon shared a screenshot of his messages from Evardone dating back to November 2025. There were only three messages--all unreplied to by the lawyer-solon.
"How to spot a troll army member: Lumulutang lang pag may malaking issue na may kailangang pagtakpang malalaking pulitiko (Surfaces only when there's a big issue and when a big politician needs to be protected)," he wrote.

Evardone's three messages, which were basically all ad hominem attacks, were tagged by Ridon on the following manner: one on the Dolomite beach inquiry in November 2025, one on Cabral files issue in December 2025, and one on Vice President Sara Duterte's impeachment three months later in March 2026.
"Sulitin mo naman bayad pre sayang yung piso piso (You should make the most out your piso-piso payments)," the outspoken Ridon told Evardone.
He did not venture to guess who the netizen could be working for.
Unlike the troll, Ridon has been prolific in his role as a House of Representatives member, particularly with his participation in ongoing impeachment proceedings of the Committee on Justice against Duterte.
The controversial Vice President is facing her second impeachment case in as many years.
